PFA Member Specialist

ACI’s Prescription Funding Advocate team assists people from around the country to gain access to specialty medications at an affordable rate. As a Member Specialist, you will make a difference in people’s lives daily.

We have a fun and supportive team that works together to accomplish our goal: To provide support for our members (patients) who require specialty medication through a patient assistance program set up by their employer’s health plan in a timely and accurate manner.

We provide a 3-month, paid, on-the-job training program. After training, we offer extensive on-the-job support for each  Member Specialist, including peer mentorship, daily team meetings, and bi-weekly management meetings. This is an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and experience in a little-known field while benefiting people and families around the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service (phone, email, fax)

  • Data Entry

  • Track tasks and times within a set deadline

  • Reporting

  • Be trustworthy, reliable, and bring value

  • Professional written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team

  • Ability to work at a computer for 8-hours

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
